Free Shipping for the Contiguous United States. Free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii and all other territories not located in the Contiguous United States.

NOTE: Free Ground Shipping excludes Single Items weighing 4 pounds or more. Excluded are Most Clinical Supplies.

- US Priority Mail Shipping Rates by pounds - Rates Based on Contiguous United Stated only US Priority Mail Delivery - Confirmation Receipt is the preferred way for orders weighing up to 3 lbs. - The weight range for US Priority Mail is from 1 to 25 pounds. - Over 10 pounds to be quoted. - US Priority Mail delivery time is usually from 2 to 3 days in most cases, although not guaranteed. - The US Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation Receipt number will allow to track the package on the internet at ww.usps.com - AA Wellness Supply supply to the client with his/her tracking # needed to track the shipment after the order has been approved for shipping and a tracking # has been generated.

Payment: We only accept United States Bank issues credit cards for payment unless approved.

Order Fullfillment 

Orders usually ship within one day if order is received before 3:00 PM eastern time. If products are on back order or out of stock, we will notify customer via email or phone.  US Priority Mail Rates within USA territory U.S. Priority Mail Rates with delivery confirmation receipt start at US$9.50 within Continental USA. Final cost of this service will be determined for the weight of the package as well as the destination of the shipment. Prices may change without previous notice.

A Wellness Supply LLC does not guarantee or take responsibility for delivery time of package as well as lost, damaged or stolen shipments. In case of lost, damaged or stolen shipments, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact currier. It is also the responsibility of the customer to be at location point of delivery to accept package. Currier my deem location to be safe to leave package without signature.

Express next day, 2nd day and 3 day select shipping are available.

Regular Shipment within Continental USA Ground Service Delivery with a minimum charge for Shipping and Handling of US$8.50 in the Continental USA. It is also available upon the client's request the following shipping alternatives to be quoted on per incident basis: Next Day Delivery, Two Day and Three Day Select Delivery. Tracking number will be provided for each shipment. Each shipment can be tracked at www.fedex.com Insurance Insurance is available at an additional fee. It is recommended to insure shipments of any electronic equipment. AA Wellness Supply LLC Shipping Responsibility This merchandise was carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our premises. Responsibility for its safe delivery was assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must, therefore, be made upon the carrier, as follows: Concealed Loss or Damage Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within fifteen days of the delivery date. 'Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility. By following these instructions carefully, we guarantee our full support of your claims to protect you against loss from concealed damage. Refunds that are the mistake of the customer or purchaser will be charged a processing fee of 5% of total order.  Visible Loss or Damage Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The form required to file such a claim will be supplied by the carrier. Do Not Return Damaged Merchandise to Us File Your Claim As Above. Payment Methods - American Express - Visa - Master Card - Discover - Personal Checks, subject to approval. - Checks Returned Unpaid are subject to a US$25.00 processing fee. - Company Checks Returned Unpaid are subject to a US$20.00 processing fee. - Money Orders - Wire Transfers Payment Terms Payment Terms are available for qualified customers. The available payment terms are 15 and 30 days net from the invoice date. Delinquent balances are subject to 1.5% interest on monthly basis. Company Return Policy Diagnostic and Therapeutic Equipment Return Policy: Equipment returns must be made within 10 days from the billing date. Any equipment return requires approval by AA Wellness Supply AA Wellness Supply will provide a "Return Authorization Number" that is required to give the proper credit to the customer. The equipment will be shipped back to AA Wellness Supply at the client's cost and risk. The equipment must be returned in its original condition. Unused items may be returned within 20 days after receipt of the order. Shipping, Insurance and Handling charges are the buyer's responsibility. Credit or Refund will be given 100% if the merchandise is returned unused and in perfect condition. Returns after the 20 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns need to be authorized by AA Wellness Supply. FDA Compliance Purchase Agreement Acupuncture needles are restricted to the use by qualified practitioners as determined by the State. With this restriction, AA Wellness Supply LLC will not offer any medical advice or make any medical claims on the offered acupuncture needles. All acupuncture devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold AA Wellness Supply LLC harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate of these devices.
