Acupuncture Needles

License Requirement
The purchase of acupuncture needles requires a valid practitioner license in accordance with your state regulations. Orders will not be processed without proper verification.

Return Policy for Needles
Acupuncture needles are non-refundable after 20 days from the purchase date.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping (When Available)

Free shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

• Applies per carton only

• Additional cartons are charged at standard UPS Ground rates

• Not available for P.O. Box addresses

• Excludes single items weighing over 1 lb (including most clinical supplies)

From time to time, we may offer a $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping promotion. Orders ship via UPS Ground or Priority Mail (whichever is lower cost). Flat rate shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Customers are responsible for any upgraded shipping costs selected at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping time estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. AA Wellness Supply is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee and is strongly recommended for high-value items such as electronics.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

• Unused items may generally be returned within 20 days of purchase.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns After 20 Days

• A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns made after 20 days.

• Acupuncture needles are excluded from return beyond the stated period.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from AA Wellness Supply. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

• Visible damage: Note the damage with the carrier at delivery.

• Concealed damage: Notify both the carrier and AA Wellness Supply promptly upon discovery.

Failure to follow proper claims procedures may affect reimbursement eligibility.
