Ingredients: Chamomile, Peppermint, Hops, Catnip, Yarrow, Skullcap.
Preparation: 1 Teabag per cup of boiling water. May be brewed mild (steep 1-2 minutes) or strong (steep 3-5 miinutes). Drink either hot or cold. If a sweetener is desired use honey. DO NOT USE SUGAR.
Usage: A pleasant tasting herb tea. May be used on a continual basis. Dose not contain caffeine. For stress relief during the day drink as needed and 1 or 2 cups at bedtime. Used in treating sleep disorders; as an integral pard of drug & alcohol detox programs; for those high stress enviroments; for hyperactive children; in helping those with chronic anxiety and chronic pain suffers.
